    Making the kidneys smile!

    My yoga teacher, Eve Gryzbowski, often reminds me to ‘release’ the kidneys from the compression that they live with when the lordosis (arch) in my lower back is more pronounced than it should be; and just recently, I finally got the ‘ah ha’ moment with the adjustment that releases them into freedom. It’s not that the adjustment is difficult, it is the remembering, the AWARENESS, that is key.     I’ve recently read and enjoyed Sonia Choquette’s book, Trust Your Vibes: Secret Tools for Six-Sensory Living. I thought I would give you a brief taster here.
